Our Company Secretary & Legal Adviser, Olu OGUNNAIKE, Esq, is a legal practitioner, vastly and variedly weathered in corporate governance, commercial practices, and administrative management. He has an extensive record of practical experience spanning the Anglophone speaking West-African and Europe.
He completed in 2008 International Trade Law LL.M. post-graduate program of the University of Wales, Wales, United Kingdom. He had received an LL.B. graduate Law degree in 1994 from the University of Calabar, Nigeria. Prior to this, he completed in 1989 a B.Sc. degree in Chemistry at the University of Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria.
He attended the Nigerian Law School, Lagos, and Called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister & Solicitor in 1995. He attended the BPP Law School, London, England, and Enrolled as a Solicitor in England & Wales, in 2003. He trained with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London, and registered as a Commercial Arbitrator in 2008. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, The Law Society of England & Wales, United Kingdom, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is committed and dedicated to a continuous professional development and management training. An ardent tennis player and golfer.
